1.Material Consistency

Based on our research, when using highly corrosive disinfectants like AHP (Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide), electrochemical reactions occur between different active metals, causing the more active metal to oxidize and degrade quickly. In practical use, aluminum alloy and stainless steel are typically combined; when AHP is sprayed, the aluminum alloy part oxidizes easily, reducing the product’s lifespan. Therefore,  has conducted systematic testing to ensure that only one type of primary metal frame and panel material appears in a kennel system: stainless steel with stainless steel, and aluminum alloy with aluminum alloy.

2.Basic Material Selection

Material 1: HDPE Board 

We use high-density HDPE boards with a density of 0.96g/cm³. The surface has decorative patterns to minimize the appearance of minor scratches. It offers excellent weather resistance, suitable for extreme cold and hot environments, with no noticeable warping or deformation. It comes in various colors, offers noise reduction, and is scratch-resistant, making it an excellent choice for kennel dividers.

Material 2: FRP Board 
The sandwich-structured FRP board has high-strength 1.5mm FRP fiberglass reinforcement on both sides, with a fire-retardant aluminum alloy honeycomb core bonded with fiberglass resin. It is sturdy, scratch-resistant, noise-reducing, and highly durable, making it an ideal material for kennel dividers.

Material 3: Stainless Steel Panel 
The SUS304 stainless steel panel is 1.2mm thick and features a brushed surface, permanently fixed to the stainless steel frame by welding. Diagonal reinforcements creasing prevent noise from tapping.

Material 4: PVC Composite Board 
The internal layer is foam PVC, providing a lightweight structure, while the exterior is a high-strength hard laminate for scratch and corrosion resistance.
It is ideal for large side panels due to its weight reduction, making transportation easier. Various textures like marble and wood grain are available.

Material 5: Galvalume Steel with Powder Coating 
GALVALUME steel is an aluminum-zinc alloy-coated steel, consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. An additional layer of electrostatic powder coating enhances its rust resistance. Our 96-hour salt spray test showed no signs of deterioration.
